I am a fully qualified and accredited counsellor. I have worked within the Health and Social Care sector from being a young adult and I have over twenty-five years’ experience. I have a Bachelor of Science open honours degree and an Advanced Psychotherapeutic Counselling Diploma. I am an accredited Eye Movement Desensitisation & Reprocessing EMDR Practitioner, with the EMDR association UK & Europe. I am also an accredited Clearing Method Specialist with Shauna Quigley Wellness Seeker and The Clearing Method Founder.
I am accredited with the National Counselling Society (NSC), the National Hypnotherapy Society (NHS) and EMDR Association UK & Europe. I am a recognised counsellor with Healthcode’s Private Practice Register (PPR) and I have Provider Recognition with several private medical insurers such as Aviva, Bupa, priory and others. I have regular supervision and attend training and CPD events in line with my regulatory body NCS. I adhere to the National Counselling Society’s Code of Ethics and I am registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO.) to ensure and maintain confidentiality at all times in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
